Big balconies with garage style doors give the interior of these apartments a very luminous and spacious interior. The floorplans of the apartments in the building block have an open and multifunctional layout providing a flexible way of organising the space. Units like the bathrooms, the kitchens and the elevator shafts are placed so they create separate areas within each floorplan. This building is designed for a collective of clients that expressed a desire to create a buildingproject as a group. The project is designed to be completely adaptable so it can incorporate functions like housing, offices and retail functions.
